Question of the Day: Long or Short?

Since we’re taking the Walking Snacks Challenge this month, let’s talk about your ideal walking routine. Do you prefer to plan for a long walk every day, or do you prefer fitting a bunch of walking snacks into your day?

For the most part, I’m a One Long Walk girl. I like to disconnect and enjoy my Me Time – and then come home, take a shower, grab my coffee, and settle in for a productive day. But there are those days – the volleyball tournament days or the busy errand days or the tired days – when it’s all about fitting in some snacks whenever I can.

What about you? Long walks or snacks?

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
