Question of the Day: Sunrise/Sunset

We’re hitting the time of year where midday walks are unbearably sweaty. We’ve been in the upper 80s and sometimes into the 90s lately – and that’s just not happening. During the summer, it’s best to walk in the morning or in the evening, when the temperatures are a little cooler – a little less…unbearable.

I’ve always liked to start my day with a walk – because it starts my day with the movement that helps motivate me through another crazy day. But when I get a chance, I’ll go for an after-dinner stroll, too.

What about you? Are you a morning walker or an evening walker during the summer?

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
