Question of the Day: When Do You Walk More?

Summer has officially come to the Kramer house. My daughter has been out of school since last Thursday, and chaos has already ensued. It definitely throws off my regular routines – including my walking routine. This week, we also had travel time in the mix, which just added to the chaos. But, despite the chaos and unpredictable schedules, I still think I walk a little more during the summer than I do during the winter – because I try to get out for more walks. Sometimes that means a walk with my daughter in the morning and a walk with my husband at night. I may not go for the same daily walks – but I get creative and make it work.

What about you? Do you walk more during the summer or winter?

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
