Question of the Day: How Did You Do?

Okay…so I’m stealing a line from Paul Eugene here. But hey, walkers – how did you do in 2025? Did you start a brand new walking routine this year? Did you crush your goals for the year? Did you commit to walking more? Or did you have a rough year – and want to start fresh in the new year?

Whatever your story, now’s the time to look back, celebrate your accomplishments, readjust a bit, and set new goals for the new year. And I’ll be here along the way to cheer you on!

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
