Question of the Day: Warming Up

When it’s time for my daily walk, I often find myself feeling rushed. I race from my desk, hurry to get changed, fill up my water bottle, head to the trail, and set out. I know that I should probably warm up before I get moving – start out at an easy pace or do some warm-up stretches – but I’m often too caught up in the day’s activities to slow down enough for a warm-up.
What about you? Are you better at taking the time to warm up your body before heading out on your walk?
