Question of the Day: Self-Care

Sure, going for a walk is often its own form of self-care – but after you finish your walk (especially on a hot and sweaty summer day), you might need a little extra self-care to reward yourself for getting up and getting moving.

After I go for my daily walk, I actually have two chosen forms of self-care. First, I take a nice, relaxing shower to soothe my tired muscles. While I’m at it, I might continue listening to my audiobook, too.

After my shower, I get a nice, refreshing iced coffee. Because I’ve earned it.

After that, I can get on with my day.
