Question of the Day: Goals

Happy New Year, everyone! Now that the celebration is over (or, let’s be honest here…after you spent yesterday in your jammies), let’s talk goals for 2026! Do you have any walking goals for the year? Do you have an amount of time that you want to spend walking each week? Do you have a distance that you want to achieve? Have you set a goal to do a certain race this year? Share them with us, so we can all cheer each other on!

For me…I’m working to hit 2026k this year – and, since I wasn’t able to do a half marathon in 2025, I want to do (at least) one again this year.

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
