Question of the Day: Cross-Training

Walking is my jam. Like…a day without walking just doesn’t feel right. But it’s good to change it up every once in a while – to give your walking muscles a break and to work some different muscles.
This year, I’ve been trying to do more cross-training – sometimes hopping on the recumbent bike instead of the treadmill…or doing some weights or other workouts. Once, Kristin and I even went rollerskating with our girls!
Do you have a favorite cross-training exercise for days when you’re not walking?
