Question of the Day: It’s All Routine

Last week, we thought about our pre-walk routines. But what about after your walk? Do you do anything special then? Maybe a special treat? Some more stretches? A post-walk protein shake?

For me, my post-walk routine involves a shower and an iced coffee. When I get home from the trail, I mix up my coffee (ice + cold black coffee + a splash of Aldi’s mocha iced coffee to sweeten it up) – and then I head up to the shower. By the time I’m out, my coffee is perfectly mixed together – the perfect post-walk treat!
