Question of the Day: Weekly Mileage

I try to keep up a pretty regular walking routine, though I’ll admit that things like winter weather and the craziness of summer can throw off my routines. During the summer, I tend to scramble to get in a quick walk on the treadmill or an after-dinner stroll with my husband – or, if I’m lucky, I’ll convince my daughter to walk with me.

On average, though, I try to get in about 25 miles every week.
