This month, during our Walk Every Day in June Challenge, and throughout our summer series, we’re seeking out ways to make walking an effortless part of our daily lives—no matter how crazy things may get this time of year. Some days, that might mean a nice long walk down your favorite trail. Other days, that might mean a quick Walking Snack around the parking lot between running some errands and picking the kids up from camp.
