Question of the Day: Apps

No…not appetizers (though I’m a big fan of fried pickles). I mean apps on your phone…or your watch — whatever you use to inspire, inform, track, or entertain you.

Whenever I start walking, I feel like it takes an eternity to open up all of my apps. Strava on my phone. MapMyWalk as a backup mileage tracker (though sometimes that one tells me I’ve walked for 3 minutes and burned 64,000,000 calories). Charity Miles and WoofTrax to earn money for charity while I walk. And usually Hoopla to listen to a book while I walk.

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
