Question of the Day: Do You Change It Up?

When I started walking, it was on the treadmill – every. single. day. I didn’t really want to walk through my neighborhood, so that seemed like the best option. But when I decided to get in my car and check out a local trail, that changed everything! For the longest time, I stuck to the same trail – every. single. day. But then I started changing it up, and it’s helped to keep things interesting.

Now, I might walk on the treadmill. I might walk in a nearby neighborhood. I might walk on the trail. Or I might walk at a nearby park. It all depends on the day and my mood. I love having those options!

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
