Question of the Day: Rest Days
I absolutely love to walk (duh). I look forward to walking every day. It’s my exercise AND my therapy. Most of the time, it’s what keeps me from losing it. But I know that walking every single day isn’t necessarily a good thing, either. So rest days are a necessity.
I don’t usually schedule mine; they just happen. Sometimes, my body says it’s time to take a break. More often, the weekend hits, and I’m busy with all of the usual weekend-ing, and I end up taking a break from my regular routines.
What about you? Do you plan for rest days? What are your favorite things to do on rest days?
