Question of the Day: Cheers!

Some people cap off their workout with a protein shake – or even a glass of chocolate milk. Others go for a sports drink or some other kind of electrolyte drink. Others just stick to the water. What do you drink after you finish your walk?

For me…I finish up whatever I was drinking during my walk – either water or my favorite hydration mix. Then, as I cool down, I go straight for the iced coffee: lots of crushed ice, chilled coffee, and a solid pour of Aldi’s Mocha Iced Coffee for a little sweetness. (I’ve tried mixing in chocolate milk instead, but that only lasted a week – I needed my mocha.)
