Question of the Day: Stretching

I have a confession to make: I am TERRIBLE at stretching. I love the time I spend walking, and I want to squeeze in as much time as possible – so I tend to jump out of my car, start my watch and go, do my walk, get back to the parking lot, stop my watch, and race back to the daily grind. I know it’s best if I stretch, but I just never think to do it.
The only time I really stretch is if I’m walking with a friend – because we often aren’t finished talking when we get back to the parking lot, so we stretch a little while we finish our conversation.
What about you? Do you stretch before and/or after your walks?
