Question of the Day: Cross-Training

This year, I decided to change up my fitness routines. Most days, I walk. But one day a week is Cross-Training Day – when I choose some other kind of workout. I often do some kind of strength training, and maybe I’ll spend some time on the recumbent bike or my twisting board.

There’s a reason I walk every day, though: because I love it. And I love it more than my various cross-training activities – so I’m always looking for some new cross-training ideas. I’d love to hear what you like to change up your workout!

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
