Question of the Day: What’s Your Routine?

Professional athletes tend to have some wild superstitions and routines. Some will eat the same meal before every competition. Some take a nap at a certain time of day. Some have to wear their lucky socks and/or underwear.

What about you? Do you have a special pre-walking routine? Do you do anything special before you hit the trail (or the treadmill)? Do you have a special meal (or snack)? Some all-important stretches? Do you listen to a song to pump you up? How do you get ready for your walk?

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
