Question of the Day: When Did You Start?

Fall is a great time to start a walking routine. The kids are back in school, and the temperatures are cooling down. And there’s just nothing like a walk outside in the crisp, fall air, kicking up colorful leaves on the trail.

When I started walking, I started walking inside, but I did start in the fall. It was six years ago, when my daughter had just started second grade. And the rest is history…

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
