Monday Music: Step by Step

You know that feeling after you’ve been away for more than a week, and suddenly everything feels a little…off balance? That’s totally me this morning. After a week of staying up late, getting up…whenever…going for morning walks and spending the afternoon in the water, being back to the grind is a serious punch in the gut. And that just reminded me of this old NKOTB hit. Step by step…I’ll get used to it (probably just in time for all of the routines to change again).
