Question of the Day: Reward Yourself!

I often talk about the importance of setting goals and rewarding yourself along the way. It’s so important to be kind to yourself – not just to the other people around you.

When I reach a goal – or achieve a milestone – or just need a little motivation, I am all for a treating myself to something small. Sometimes it’s just a little me-time to walk through a favorite store (it’s amazing what some time at the dollar store can do!). Sometimes it’s a Dunkin run.

Kristin has been hitting the trail (or the treadmill) for a walk almost every day for the past several years, and she recently completed her first half marathon. She loves sunny fall days, cushy walking shoes, and coconut caramel iced coffee from Dunkin.
