Happy Monday, everyone! I hope you all enjoyed a holiday weekend filled with friends and food and a whole lot of fun! Normally, on a Monday morning, I’d say that it’s time to get back to the grind, but it’s summer – so who knows where this week finds you. You could be grinding. You could be on vacation. You could be doing all the things that the chaos of the summer requires.

As our Summer of Simple Walking continues, we’re going to keep going with our Walking Snack-worthy Monday tracks. This one is sure to take you back to summer dance parties of the ’90s. And if you keep up with the beat while you listen, you’ll add more than 500 steps to your count for the day.
