Music Monday: Into the Groove

It’s the first Monday of our Walking Snacks Challenge! One great way to fit in a quick walking snack during the day is to hit Play on a fun song and walk until the song is done. So, this month, for my Music Monday picks, I’m going to be sharing some songs that will give you at least 500 steps if you just “step to the beat” for one song. It’s a fun and EZPZ way to get some extra steps in the middle of your day!
