Question of the Day: Hydration

During the hot summer months, hydration is super important. After sweating out on the trail for a while, you need to make sure to replenish your electrolytes. I’ve talked before about staying hydrated in the summer – and about hydration on the trail. And I’ve also reviewed a whole lot of hydration mixes to add electrolytes to your water. So…do you have a favorite? Do you carry something while you walk? Do you have a favorite hydration mix and/or a favorite flavor? I’d love to hear about it!
