For many of us, a good sports bra is an important part of any workout wardrobe—but a good sports bra is often hard to find. When we find one that we like, we go back for more—and fill our drawer with them. But I’ve found that, after a while, that sweaty workout smell just doesn’t go away—no matter how many times you wash it (or how many different odor-busting laundry products you may try). And just as I was about to go back to my favorite shop and pick up a bunch of new bras, I found Oalka’s racerback sports bra on Amazon and—since I’m a fan of Oalka’s leggings—I decided to try it out.

Oalka’s racerback sports bra is a pretty basic design—a pretty typical medium-support racerback style with a wide band to keep it in place. Some designs offer a standard racerback design, while I chose a style that has a cutout back strap. It’s made with the same smooth fabric as the company’s leggings, and that makes it soft and comfortable—without any itchy, chafing spots.

Normally, I prefer my sports bras to have a little bit of padding—mostly because I lack, shall we say, natural padding. When I placed my order, I wasn’t really paying attention, and I assumed that this bra would come with the usual removable pads—but it doesn’t. Admittedly, I wasn’t sure how I felt about it, but once I tried it out, I found that I liked it. The fit is true to size—and while I don’t need a whole lot of support, this fit was just what I needed to feel supported when I picked up the pace on my walks (or even when I bounced on my rebounder). And an added bonus of being free from the added padding (or at least this is my assumption here) is that it still smells like new after several workouts (and washings).

There’s nothing fancy about this sports bra, but most of us don’t need anything fancy. I figure if you don’t think too much about your sports bra while you’re working out, it’s doing its job—and that’s definitely the case here. The Oalka sports bra is a solid, basic, everyday sports bra at a great price point (ranging from $10-15). And while you won’t find it in a lot of fun patterns, it comes in enough colors that you can find one to match all of your favorite leggings.

Pros:
– Fits true to size
– Affordable price point
– Available in a variety of colors
– Comfortable fabric, cut
– Don’t hold the sweaty smell

Cons:
– No padding
– Minimal print options

You can find the Oalka Racerback Sports Bra in a variety of colors and sizes on Amazon.
