Question of the Day: Keeping Active

Can you believe that the holiday season is here? Every year, it seems to sneak up on me – and then, suddenly, here it is, December 13th, and I’m trying to figure out where the time went. Winter break is only a week away, and Christmas is just days after that. Yikes!

Speaking of winter break, though…having the family around may be wonderful, but it also means that all of our regular routines tend to fly out the window for a couple of weeks. It’s so much easier to settle into a routine of curling up on the couch and watching Christmas movies while munching on Christmas cookies. I’m not saying that Christmas movies and Christmas cookies are bad. I would never, ever say that. Ever. But there is such a thing as too much of a good thing. So how do you balance your movies-and-cookies downtime with some good ol’ physical activity? Do you have any fun activities planned over the holidays?
