Question of the Day: How Long Have You Been Walking?

For years, I tried to get myself to work out. I was one of those people who would work out when I thought about it (which wasn’t very often) and then forget about it again. Somehow, though, in the fall of 2019, I decided that I was going to make a change. Every morning, after my daughter got on the bus, I’d go downstairs and walk on the treadmill. It was just an easy walk in my regular clothes – nothing long or fast or intense – but I realized that I loved it. And I’ve been at it ever since!
