Question of the Day: Hydration

Staying hydrated is always important – whether you’re going for a walk or sitting at your desk. But as the temperatures get hotter, the humidity rises, and walks get a whole lot sweatier, it’s all the more important to pay attention to our hydration.

How do you stay hydrated on your walks? Do you carry a water bottle? Do you wear a pack? What works for you?

For me, it depends on the walk. Most of the time, I use a handheld water bottle with a handy pouch for carrying the necessities. But sometimes I’ll move up to a waist pack with two small bottles if I’m feeling like going hands-free. But if I’m going for a looooong walk, I’ll haul out my vest.
