Question of the Day: What Are You Listening To?

When I first started my walking routine, I would head downstairs to the treadmill, download an episode of one of my favorite podcasts, and have some personal development time while I walked. Now, I go through a whole lot of audiobooks on the trail, thanks to the Hoopla app through my local library. But there are some days – those days when the podcast doesn’t download correctly…or I finish my book…or maybe I’m just feeling like changing it up…that I pull up my walking playlist and listen to some upbeat music instead.

What about you? Are you a podcast person? An audiobook person? A rocking out on the trail kind of person? Or are you just taking in the sounds of nature while you walk? What are YOU listening to?
